Veterinary Cannabis Counselor (VCC) track

credentialed & non-credentialed veterinary technicians

  • ​​Photo / Headshot

  • Resume documenting age (>21 years), English proficiency, and clinical experience

    • Credentialed veterinary technician with 2 years of clinical experience

    • Non-credentialed veterinary technician with 5 years of clinical experience

  • Signed letters of recommendation from two veterinarians (download the instruction letter HERE)

Veterinary Cannabis Guide (VCG) track

non-medical or non-veterinary professionals

  • ​​Photo / Headshot

  • Resume documenting age (>21 years), English proficiency, and clinical experience

    • ​Associate or higher educational degree with a biology emphasis

    • 5 years of animal-related professional experience ​

  • Signed letters of recommendation from two professionals, one of which is a veterinary professional (veterinarian, clinic manager, groomer, trainer, etc.) (download the instruction letter HERE)​

Cannabis-knowledgable Veterinarian track

veterinarians

  • ​​Photo / Headshot

  • Resume documenting age (>21 years), English proficiency

  • License or registration to practice as a veterinarian

  • A description (minimum 500-words) of current veterinary practice​
